SARAH CRAYCRAFT

  (she/her)

Hello, my name is Sarah Craycraft. I’ve been involved in helping people to grow and develop for over 12 years. Years of walking alongside people has given me a passion for helping others through life’s difficulties. This led me to seek a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. In particular, women who are struggling through the postpartum phase of motherhood is something that I am passionate about. I’ve counseled couples, dealing with communication issues, affair recovery, and conflict resolution. I also have experience with adolescents and families struggling with family relationships, parenting, and boundaries.

I strive to provide a warm and safe environment to help you work through difficult times. Whether you’re struggling with a relationship, going through a transition in life, or just need someone to lend a compassionate ear, I would be happy to help through this journey.

In my free time, I enjoy many different hobbies including reading, hiking, exploring new places, and various artistic pursuits. I also love spending time with friends and family; my husband and two small children are one of the most important parts of my life.
