As Practice Manager I do most things related to the administration of our practice; billing, processing new client inquiries, emails, etc. I enjoy helping people and interacting with people in their day to day lives. It is my belief that kindness can go a long way. I truly believe in grace and seeing things from a positive perspective. As Practice Manager I get to help handle the administrative tasks for the practice to allow the clinicians to focus on meeting our client’s needs.
BACKGROUND
Before coming to Kristen Genzano Therapy, I was a stay-at-home mom and volunteer at a local hospital and my child’s school. Before that I worked in the Outdoor Industry as a Project Coordinator and in Customer/Account Services. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family (husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs) and friends. I enjoy reading, crafting, and cheering on my favorite football team!
