MOTHERS & DAUGHTERS
One of the most cherished and challenging relationships to navigate is that of a mother and daughter. At various points the relationship can feel supportive or strained – sometimes both at the same time! If you’re feeling stuck as you try to navigate the landscape of the mother-daughter relationship, working with a therapist could help.
We see mothers and daughters who wish to come in together in an effort to jointly work on their relationship. I also welcome mothers or daughters who prefer to come in for individual therapy, but wish to address feelings and blocks in their mother-daughter relationship.
Some of the mother-daughter relationship work I do includes:
-
Adult daughters & mothers
-
Infant/mother bonding
-
Navigating Coming of Age
-
Transitioning to college
